Delivery
We aim to ship all orders received before 1pm the same day. We use
the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery service for all orders.
This means that each parcel will have to be signed for. If you are
out then your postman will leave a card informing you that he missed
you and with details of your local sorting office so that you can re
arrange delivery or collection.
We charge £1.95 delivery for all orders under £40 and offer free
delivery for all orders over £40. All our orders are shipped in
discreet packing with no mention of our company name on the outer
wrapping.
There may on occasions be limited stock on particular items/colour
and you should allow a period of seven days before querying your
order status. However we do not discourage customers from phoning at
any time to check the status. If in the unlikely event that the item
you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you and offer an
alternative colour/style, a full refund or you may wish to wait the
item to come back into stock (usually 14 days).
Returns
We where the first to offer No Hassle No Quibble returns on the
internet and it seems now a days that everyone is taking our lead.
This is something we are extremely proud of. If you do need to
return an item to us for whatever reason a returns will have been
sent with your order detailing the simple procedure. If you do not
have this returns form then please contact us by email or phone
