Your privacy is an important issue and something we take extremely
seriously.
Our policy is small unlike many sites who list a huge privacy policy
more often than not in clear plain english.
We store the following data:
Visitors Only:
IP Address. This is a number assigned to you by your internet
service provider such as say BT, Tiscali, AOL etc. This number
identifies you to THEM only. We have no way of knowing who you
actually are. IP addresses are only recorded for security purposes
should a malicious act take place on our servers we would report
your IP address to the Police who then have the power to locate you
through phone records.
Customers:
If you purchase an item from us we will store all information that
you have given to us including your name, email address and delivery
address details. This information will be stored electronically at
our head offices indefinitely, however it will be removed from our
web servers automatically each month. Your credit card details are
submitted to our trusted payment service provider "NOCHEX" and are
NEVER stored by us online. We have no access to your credit card
details at any time. From time to time we may send a customer an
email newsletter which you can easily be unsubscribed from by
clicking the link within the email. A cookie is only used when you
place an item in our shopping cart and expires after an hour.
